Drawing on his past success as a founder of successful startups (including two service businesses). Williams provides credible business development and marketing road maps to NADIK clients looking to elevate their businesses and expand their market share.

His leadership, policy perspective, and accomplishments have been featured in hundreds of media outlets, including CBS, Fox News, MSNBC, BET, The Washington Post, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and The Wall Street Journal. He is also recognized as an international leader who traveled to many nations on civic advocacy and trade missions. Williams has served on the Black Alliance for Educational Options boards, the National Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and the YMCA's Youth Links Mentoring Program (Montgomery County, MD).
